As she was going growing up, she loved to draw. After finishing school in 2003 it was obvious she couldn’t avoid her design destiny. After entering Vakalo School of Art and Design for a foundation year in Interior and Graphic Design, she decided she wanted to become a Graphic Designer. And she became. She pursued her studies in Greece and graduated with honors, and then she worked for one year in Advertising. In 2007 she was accepted in the MS Communications Design Program in Pratt Institute, NY. Since then, her main interest was Social Media and Community-Based Projects. An on-going thesis project is the “Glorious G train series”, dedicated to the “beloved” G subway line. Apart from design related interests she remained loyal to drawing: she is working on illustrations combined with photography, typography and fashion.
